Product details
This work takes three dance pieces by Jean Philippe Rameau as its starting point and develops these using a number of techniques for variation that have been taken from several major periods in music history. In this sense, the whole work may be seen as a kind of time travel from the baroque period through to the 21st century, ending in 2005 with a digital transposition of the Rameau pieces into a glitched out electronic noise.
