The Waltz Book consists of 60 minute-long pieces, some of which are technically virtuosic. In fact part of the structure of the hour-long piece is that very easy pieces rub shoulders with very difficult ones. This volume and its companion ('10 Easy Waltzes . . .') make available the simpler pieces. As with The Waltz Book iself, players are free to make their own selections and find their own order.

Includes: No. 2 Prelude ; No. 3. Ole, bole, bom ; No. 4. An epic of disbelief ; No. 15. Invocation III ; No. 34. Wallangunda waltz ; No. 37. Invocation V ; No. 45. Peggy's waltz ; No. 46. Wistful waltz ; No. 51. Monsieur Satie scratches his head ; No. 60. The last waltz.

Typeset edition.

This edition produced 2010.
