Australian Music Centre | Breaking sound barriers

Event Details

From Purcell to Rameau, from the enchantments of Handel to the celestial harmonies of Gluck, each piece evokes natural forces and human emotions. Alongside the Mâcon Symphonies Choir and the Edgar Varèse Conservatory, the Sinfonia Lumina ensemble unfolds in turn a fury, grace, and brilliance. Contemporary works by John Williams and Marián Budos extend this dialogue between breath, movement, and imagination. A vibrant journey into the very heart of the spirit of the wind. Born in Mâcon, French-Australian guitarist Ingrid Riollot has an international career, distinguished by the finesse and poetic intensity of her playing. Invited to perform on five continents, she enjoys a remarkable solo career. Her rich and varied discography testifies to her ever-renewed artistic curiosity. In partnership with the Edgar Varèse Conservatory
